DANCING BEAR
Nature’s beauty is as
vast as Manitoba’s sky and if lucky, on a clear,
cool evening you may experience a magnificent dancing
spectacle of light. Within the contours of the sculpture,
the constant transformation of light that one sees when
watching the Northern Lights, is recreated. The beams
of colour and light wrap around the body of the bear,
enveloping it.
Artist: Robert Mensies
Robert is currently owner/associate and creative director
of RJM Design Group. He obtained his diploma in Advertising
Art from Red River College in 1999. Robert shares his
talents by volunteering in the community.
