URSA MAJOR: STARRY
STARRY BEAR
Inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s Starry Starry
Night, similar techniques have been used to depict
the beauty and wonder of the northern night sky. Using
a combination of paint and glass media, the constellations
Ursa Major, Ursa Minor, Draco, Orion and Cassiopeia are
imbedded in the sky of Starry Starry Bear’s fur.
A visually stimulating work.
