BEAR NECESSITIES
Whimsy is the master of this medium, representing man’s
need for shelter, food, water, clothing and even a newspaper!
The bear under an umbrella delights in a snack of fish
and juice with sunscreen close at hand.

Although he has no formal art education, Hubert has explored
many art forms and enjoys the creative challenges presented
by a variety of mediums. His love of the prairies and
his desire to preserve the activities of the pioneers
have been recurring themes in many of his paintings. Theroux
is showing in June at St. Vital Centre and September in
Grant Park Mall and Kildonan Place.
