Biker Bear's Future is About to Be Decided
Biker Bear, who was recently voted The
People's Choice Favorite Bear in a
Winnipeg Free Press contest, is looking for a new owner!
The Breast Cancer Pledge Ride, sponsor of Biker Bear, will auction
off Biker Bear to raise additional funds for CancerCare Manitoba
Foundation in support of a fourth traveling breast screening
unit. The auction will run from
August 29th until September 9th, 2005. This
is truly an opportunity to own not only a unique piece of art,
but also a publicly beloved personality that has been a highlight
of the entire Bears on Broadway phenomenon.
